What are the main differences between your AC power supplies and DC power supplies?
Our AC power supplies simulate real‑world grid conditions with adjustable voltage, frequency and phase for testing home appliances, adapters and electronics. DC power supplies deliver stable adjustable DC output for component aging, battery charging, lab R&D and industrial testing. Both support programmable control yet differ in output principles and application scenarios.
What are the charging activation methods for home EV chargers?
You can start charging in three convenient ways: plug‑and‑charge, RFID card swiping, and mobile APP control.
What installation options are available for EV chargers?
Flexible installation choices to fit your site conditions: wall‑mounted, pedestal and floor‑standing installation.

What information do I need to provide when I place an inquiry or place an order?
To give you an accurate quotation, please tell us key parameters: AC or DC type, required power, output voltage/current range, special functions (communication, customization), quantity and application scenario. Drawings or technical documents are also welcome.
What is your production lead time for standard and customized power supplies?
Standard models typically have a lead time of around 15 working days. For non‑standard customized products, lead time depends on project complexity, and we will confirm the exact delivery schedule with you prior to order placement.
What about warranty and after‑sales service?
Products come with a standard 2‑year factory warranty.Free repair and replacement of components are offered for hardware failures caused by product quality issues within the warranty period.We provide full‑time remote technical support including commissioning,parameter configuration and software guidance,on‑site repair is available when necessary.
Delivery
Can you help with shipping? How is the product packed?
You may use your designated freight forwarder or we can arrange shipping on your behalf. AC units are packed in export cartons while DC units are packed in export wooden cases to prevent damage during long‑distance sea and air transportation.
Do you support DDP / DAP shipping terms?
Yes, we support multiple Incoterms including EXW, FOB, DAP and DDP. Please tell us your delivery destination, we will offer the corresponding shipping solution for your reference.
What should I do if goods arrive with transport damage?
Please inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Take photos of damaged packages and products, then contact us within 7 days. We will assist you to file claim against freight carrier and handle follow‑up solutions.
